NCR is asking for your neighborhood organization’s review and comments on the draft Guidelines for Review of NRP Funds. You can download the draft Guidelines from this link: http://www.minneapolismn.gov/ncr/programs/WCMS1P-141171.

These Guidelines establish a timeline for review of the status of a neighborhood’s Phase I and Phase II NRP funds seven years following approval of the neighborhood’s NRP Phase II Plan. The draft Guidelines also identify what actions neighborhood organizations may need to take if they do not reach certain contracting or expenditure thresholds with seven years. We encourage your neighborhood organization board to review and provide feedback on these guidelines by June 26, 2015.
