The City of Minneapolis’ Neighborhood and Community Relations Department is
excited to invite you to participate in an upcoming discussion about
equitable community engagement for all of Minneapolis. Please join City
leaders from the Neighborhood and Community Engagement Commission (NCEC)
and the Health, Environment, and Community Engagement (HECE) Committee for
a citywide forum on what an engaged community looks like for all our
