Halloween Party!! Come join Upper Northeast Parks, your neighbors and friends as we celebrate the scariest night of the year. Ghouls, goblins, or whatever your costume may be, all are welcome. Intended to be a fun extended stop on your trick or treat rounds. Popcorn, Lemonade, coloring contest, Bounce House & other events. Registration is not required.
